No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Koroot does not accept returns for any product after an order is confirmed. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations once production, setup, programming, printing, or digital configuration has started.
Please review your order details, product type, artwork, links, spelling, phone numbers, QR/NFC destination, and branding information carefully before confirming your order.
Products Covered by This Policy
This no-returns policy applies to all Koroot products and services, including:
- Digital NFC business cards
- NFC cards and custom NFC card prints
- Digital NFC business stands
- Digital NFC Google review stands
- Google review NFC cards, WhatsApp NFC cards, and Instagram NFC cards
- Custom printed, branded, programmed, or digitally configured products
Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Koroot products are customized for the buyer. They may include customer-specific logos, artwork, QR codes, NFC destinations, business profiles, dashboard setup, wallet setup, analytics configuration, or external links. Because these products are personalized and cannot be resold, returns are not accepted.
Order Confirmation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking and approving all submitted information before order confirmation. This includes names, job titles, company details, phone numbers, email addresses, social links, Google review links, website URLs, artwork, spelling, colors, and logo files.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received an item that is physically damaged on arrival or materially different from the confirmed order, contact Koroot support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Koroot will review the case. This review does not create a return, refund, or exchange right.
